Marshall Cattle Company is made up of Troy and Lorna Marshall, along with our three children, Wyatt (student at West Texas A&M), Justis and Wynn Marshall. MCC is actually older than our marriage, as Lorna and I bought our first cow together a week before we exchanged wedding vows.
After getting our formal education, we enrolled in the school called the "real world". Troy worked as a market analyst for Cattle-Fax and Lorna was employed by ABS Global acquiring beef bulls. All the while, we were building our Angus herd, focusing on quality over quantity. By 2000, our family and cowherd were growing and we fulfilled our lifelong dream of purchasing our own ranch in Burlington, CO.
Currently we run approximately 400 Angus and SimAngus females and have an aggressive embryo program. Troy also writes for the Beef Cow/Calf Weekly and Lorna is employed by Select Sires.
We are dedicated to building long-term relationships that are enjoyable and yield profits for our customers. We have the best customers in the world. Our mission is to make the beef industry better, preserve rural America and ensure a thriving and viable industry for our children and customers.
